As the Executive Director of ARDA (Public Organization) should adhere to the management principles following the mandates in just and transparent manner, free from corruption, firm supervision on the implementation of the organization’s strategic plan. The administration and implementation of the policies of ARDA for the Fiscal Year 2019 under Item 3.1 (a) has specified that the adherence to the operations based on the policy of the government and the Prime Minister are crucial, especially “working in transparency against corruption” that is there should be no corruption in the organization to gain the trust and confidence of all the stakeholders with the work of ARDA.

The management and the personnel development of the ARDA to be professional adhering to the “the core values” of the organization as the leading direction in the implementation with participation of all the personnel at all levels, in order to achieve the vision. Providing the understanding and enhancing the attitudes of the personnel at all level to gain better understanding about building of values with the services and participation of all stakeholders, including the linkage with the key performance indicators from the strategies to be effective to each individual. This could be achieved by using information technology and management of databases as a decision-making tools for a systematic management and draw up clear direction for proper responsibility for the success in implementing the mandate of the ARDA under the framework of good governance and the 12th National Socio-economic Development Plan and the policy of the government.

In declaration of the intention for the management with honesty in 2019 signing on 26 November 2018, aimed to develop an organization with righteousness and transparency in the management and implementation of a continued work in line with the key performance indicators such as work accomplishments, use of budget, use of authority, use of government properties, finding solutions to the problem of corruption, quality on the implementation and efficiency of communication, improvement on the work system, dissemination of information and protection against corruption.
