Due to the current 2022, The Office of Researches Capabilities Enhancement has research personnel development activities divided into 3 Activity Framework.
1.1 Bachelor Degree Scholarship Program on inheriting the royal initiatives of Rama IX for Young Smart Farmer.
1.2 Outstanding Research Personnel Development Program (Outstanding Research) is a master's degree scholarship or doctoral degree to study in a foreign institution that is outstanding in the field that the scholarship applicant will study and certified by the Office of the Civil Service Commission (OCSC).
2.1 Training scholarship or conducting research support government officials of the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives and researchers under a project that received a research grant from ARDA to train both online and on-site training or research in the domestic and foreign fields benefit the scholarship applicant.
2.2 International Research Presentation scholarship support government officials of the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives and researchers under a project that received a grant from ARDA to present research at international conferences organized in the country and abroad.
2.3 International Research Presentation scholarships support researchers under a project that received a grant from ARDA, and the recipient of the ARDA scholarship enhances the creation of academic works by encouraging the publication of research results in national or international journals with an impact factor index.
2.4 Graduate Research scholarships in Agriculture and Agro-Industry research work for those pursuing graduate studies master's degree or doctoral degree in the country institutions, both public and private, certified by the Office of the Higher Education, and including the Asian Institute of Technology to create graduate researchers with research skills.
3.1 The training project with the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives is cooperation in organizing training between ARDA and the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives including state enterprises and public organizations, a network agency of the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives.
