On August 20, 2021, Agricultural Research Development Agency (Public Organization) or ARDA with Nakhon Pathom Rajabhat University Kanchanaburi Rajabhat University, Phetchaburi Rajabhat University, Coffee and Buk Buye Community Enterprise Ban Huai Rong Dessert Community Enterprise, Phetchaburi Thai Dessert Co., Ltd., R&D Food Products Co., Ltd., and Baan Sabai Jai Community Enterprise organized a webminar and exhibited at RAINS for Western Food Valley 2020. Food innovation development for small entrepreneurs in the western region by Ms. Kulwara Chotiphansophon, Deputy Director of Agricultural Research Development Agency presided over the opening ceremony of the event. The objective is to create a network to manage and promote research on technology development and innovation to add value to agricultural and food products in each region of Thailand, which increases the competitiveness of entrepreneurs. It has been done through cooperation between the government, the private sector, and educational institutions. By focusing on research to solve problems and apply research to be useful in the area (Area Based Development Research) with a hierarchy of development and problem-solving in the production system along the chain with concrete goals and results can be used to the real benefit.
