Researched and found that Kratom leaf extract contains many chemical components, including alkaloids, flavonoids, triterpenes, phenolic compounds, etc. The main substance found in Kratom leaf extracts is Mitragynine, an indole alkaloid substance with various pharmacological effects. including painkillers Anti-inflammatory, stimulating, sedative effect affect memory Reduces acid secretion, so Kratom has the potential to improve medication use. Guidelines for formula development are therefore designed based on use or indications for each purpose. The result of ARDA research was the extraction process from Kratom to develop 8 drug formulations, such as 1) liquid formulations, tablets, capsules, 2) topical pain-relief patches, and 3) solid lozenges. and 4) suppositories, which can be used to treat and treat addiction and reduce pain.
