ARDA participated in the ceremony of congratulating certificates for Thai inventors, and researchers received an award from the Internationally Outstanding Inventors Awards Ceremony to congrat the research of ARDA.

On June 26, 2023, Ms.Kunvara Chotiphansophon, Deputy Director of the Agriculture Research Development Agency, participated in the ceremony of congratulating certificates for Thai inventors and researchers who received an award from Internationally Outstanding Inventors Awards organized by the National Research Council of Thailand (NRCT), Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation (MHESI), at Makkhawan Rangsan Room, 3rd floor, Royal Thai Army Club, Vibhavadi, Bangkok.

At the event, there was an exhibition of Thai inventors and researchers who won prizes from “the Internationally Outstanding Inventors Awards”, and a special speech, Thai Inventions and Innovations Advancing to the World and congratulating speeches and awards to inventors and Thai researchers who received awards from the international stage by Professor Sirirerk Songsivilai, Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation. The research has been awarded and funded by ARDA. Details are as follows:

1. Stage “The 48th International Exhibition of Inventions Geneva "at Geneva, Swiss Confederation" on 26 - 30 April 2023 at Geneva, Swiss Confederation Research project “Hydrogel wound healing in animals of wood vinegar extract produced from oil palm shells”, with Dr. Yongyuth Theparat, Prince of Songkla University is the project leader Received a bronze medal and a special prize from Vietnam for the research project "Development of healthy food and beverage products from Thai rice" by Asst. Prof. Dr. Thitinat Sukhonkhet, Suan Dusit University, is the project leader won the bronze medal.

2. Stage “The 34^th International Invention, Innovation & Technology Exhibition (ITEX2023) at Kuala Lumpur Malaysia” on 11-13 May 2023 in Kuala Lumpur. The Federation of Malaysia Research project "Development of a rapid detection kit for prohibited meat in halal food products by strip test (nucleic acid lateral flow) technique" by Prof. Suwimon Keeratipibul, Chulalongkorn University is the project leader won the gold medal.

3. Stage 16th International Invention and Innovation Show INTARG 2023 “on 24-25 May 2023 in Katowice Republic of Poland Research project "Innovative production of rice straw pulp and bagasse for use in the production of biodegradable food packaging" won the silver medal. And research projects “Innovation of packaging production from active durian peel, coated to increase efficiency in durian peel packaging” won the bronze medal by Dr. Preeyanuch Sichola, Kasetsart University is the project leader.
