ARDA participated in follow-up meetings and evaluated progress reports along with visiting High Nutrition Leafy Vegetable Production Innovation Project with LED Light Technology.

On May 26, 2023, Agriculture Research Development Agency (Public Organization), or ARDA, organized a follow-up meeting and evaluated the project progress report according to the national food security and nutrition plan fiscal year 2022, an innovative project for the production of highly nutritious leafy vegetables with LED light technology led by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Peeradett Tongumpaiis an expert in hormones and plant growth regulators at the Knowledge Network Institute of Thailand. Prof. Dr. Pichet Limsuwan, an expert in physics, laser technology, and machinery and ARDA staff, as well as visiting the highly nutritious leafy vegetable production innovation project with LED lighting technology at the Plant Factory Technology Research and Development Laboratory (PFAL), Faculty of Engineering, the King Mongkut's University of Technology Thonburi.

The research project aims to get an innovative PFAL vegetable production with LED light technology. Increased nutritional value in 3 original plants: Tang-O, curly-leaved kale, and sorrel (vitamin C, vitamin A, and antioxidants) increase at least 10-25%) Minimum production capacity 9 kilograms per production cycle and how to extend the shelf life for at least 5 days, along with production cost information and the possibility of expanding the results in the production of each target crop.
